Summer Fun Starts Here

Full Day Camp from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. is possible by enrolling your child(ren) in both a morning and afternoon camp. In between camp sessions, students will enjoy lunch and recess led by our camp staff. Students should bring a sack lunch (free of nuts), as lunch is not provided. 

Morning Camp sessions are from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Drop off begins at 8:30 a.m., and pick up is at 11:30 a.m.

Afternoon Camp sessions are from 12:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Drop off begins at 12:00 p.m., and pick up is at 3:00 p.m.

Please label every item that your child brings to camp! Students are recommended to bring:

• Water bottle

• Sack Lunch (if your child is staying for a full day of camps)

• Sunscreen (recommended for camps with outdoor activities)

• Emergency medications and/or inhalers

• Extra set of fresh clothes for younger children (just in case!) for JK and SK campers.

Students should dress in a manner that is functional and comfortable to enjoy camp activities, consistent with the values of Rossman School, and appropriate and clean in general appearance. Campers are expected to use the bathroom independently.

There is a lost and found on campus. Lost and found items remaining after June 16th may be donated.

All behavior is expected to contribute positively to the camp experience and be aligned with our school values of honesty, kindness, respect, and responsibility. Children whose behavior is not consistent with Rossman expectations may be dismissed from camp without refund.

Campers are expected to be able to use the bathroom independently.

Campers must have a completed Medical Policy and Waiver Form prior to the start of camp.

Peanut or tree nut items are not allowed in the school building, including the Dining Room, classrooms or lockers, as well as in our outdoor play areas or on trips away from school. This means that all community members are not allowed to bring in any food that contains peanuts or tree nuts. A peanut and tree nut-free snack suggestion list is available upon request.

Summer camp enrollment will open in early January. Camps will fill on a first come, first served basis and close once a camp is at capacity. Enrollment is completed through pickAtime. It is recommended you create an account prior to the opening of enrollment if you do not already have one. Camps that do not meet minimum enrollment requirements will be canceled and refunded, and you may enroll in an alternate camp with available space.

Payment is due at the time of enrollment and will be completed securely through Paypal. There will be NO refunds issued after Monday, May 12. Cancellations and refund requests must be submitted in writing to soar@rossmanschool.org by May 12.
