Rossman School Announces $6 Million Endowment to Honor Faculty Excellence
Our mission at Rossman is to be a community committed to excellence. We are pleased to announce a $6 million gift to the school to establish the Endowment for Faculty Excellence. Outstanding teachers have been the hallmark of a Rossman School education since our founding in 1917. This extraordinary contribution ensures we can continue to attract, develop, and retain the best and brightest educators to teach our young children in the most formative years of their education.
The endowment’s anonymous donors recognize that our teachers are deeply influential in shaping our children’s future and wish to honor their noble and important work by enhancing Rossman’s resources to sustain competitive faculty compensation aligned with the school’s values and principles in perpetuity. We are grateful for their bold vision and incomparable generosity.
We believe teachers are one of the most influential factors in a child’s educational foundation and future well-being, so it makes perfect sense to honor their noble work by investing significantly in the men and women who are the school’s greatest strength and the heart of a Rossman education.
