Extended Day Program

Daily 3:15 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.

More than 50 children round out their day at Rossman in this program; they become a family within a school. 

There are multiple options for scheduling care:

• One option is care for 5 days per week/per semester.

• Another option is care on a per day/per semester basis; for example, each Tuesday and Wednesday afternoon from 3:15 p.m.-6:00 p.m. from September through December.

• Parents may also purchase an Extended Day Punch Card which entitles their child to four “drop-in” visits of extended care. The cards must be purchased in advance, and 24-hour advance notice is required.

Program features:

-Snacks, playtime, projects, games and puzzles, blocks and group interaction

-Supervised homework time

-Opportunity to visit the tech center, field/playground, gymnasium

-A comfortable, home-like atmosphere
